Before 08.45 please, state clearly the reason for absence or appointments (medical and illness etc) with Name, Tutor Group and Year Group.  In the event of illness, please contact the school every morning.  Please also note that all students must be met at school by parents for appointments during the day.  You can also use the email address if you prefer, in advance of any appointments.

Leave of absence should be completed for all other absences, interviews, exams, holidays and family events.

Signing Out

It is best, where possible, to make medical appointments outside of school hours.  If your child leaves school and returns to school later on the same day, they must sign in with the Attendance Officer.

School Office

You can visit or contact the school office between 08.00 and 16.00 (Monday to Friday).  The office is manned throughout the school holidays with the exception of the week between Christmas and New Year.
