Archive Club goes behind the scenes at Chesham Museum
The CGS Archive Club has launched an exciting partnership with Chesham Museum, where students explored a young people's museum trail and learned about a historic Chesham family of poultry farmers, hence the hats!
The club also met museum curator Billy Summers, who shared expert advice on caring for and displaying historical artefacts. Inspired by the visit, students are now planning to create their own school archive display using a temporary display case funded through their summer cake sale. A fantastic opportunity to bring our school's history to life!
