School League Tables
We were pleased to read that Chesham Grammar School has again been named in the Times/Sunday Times top 100 state secondary school and in the top 10 state secondary schools in the South East for 2025. CGS was ranked 29th in the country and 7th in the South East and was also the highest ranked of all 13 Bucks grammar school this year.
The Times used the 2024 A level and GCSE results to determine their rankings. Headteacher Annmarie McNaney said, "this is something everyone at CGS should be proud of. There are many ways to rank schools, of course, but I am delighted that the hard work and dedication of students and staff and the support of parents, all of which led to our excellent exams results in the summer, have been recognised in this way."
